On April 10 at 6:30pm at Edison High School (700 22nd Ave NE Minneapolis), several Northeast Minneapolis neighborhood organizations and members of the Zero Burn Coalition will be gathering to discuss how Northeast residents can help shape plans to close HERC (Hennepin Energy Recovery Center) and be part of the transition back to zero waste.
