The Marshall Terrace neighborhood is home to several businesses, restaurants, organizations, and places of worship — we invite residents and visitors to our neighborhood to explore what our part of Northeast Minneapolis has to offer!

Marshall Terrace is also home to Marshall Terrace Park, a city park within the Minneapolis Park system, and a portion of the Grand Rounds Scenic Byway along St. Anthony Parkway. Our neighborhood also has ample access to the adjacent Mississippi River, including a heron rookery located on an island just offshore of Marshall Terrace Park.
