The Marshall Terrace Neighborhood Organization (MTNO) is comprised of neighborhood residents and businesses that serve as board members to represent our community while discussing neighborhood issues, allocating city funds, and aiming to improve the neighborhood. Founded under the name Concerned Citizens of Marshall Terrace (CCMT), the neighborhood organization has represented this community for over 30 years.
Mission Statement
The Mission of the Marshall Terrace Neighborhood (MTNO) works to build a stronger community, advocate for the well-being of every member and business of the community by identifying and helping to address the community’s changing needs and by developing networks of educational resources for all.

Monthly Board Meetings
The MTNO board meets monthly to discuss neighborhood issues, allocate city funds, and work to make Marshall Terrace a great place to live, work, and create. Residents are always welcome to attend. Meetings are regularly held at 6:00 PM on the first Tuesday of each month. Currently meetings take place at River Village East. Any updates to the meeting schedule or location will be posted on the website the week before the meeting.
